By accessing or using the BladeMind website at blademind.ai (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

BladeMind is a software studio building AI-powered productivity tools for solopreneurs. The Site currently serves as an informational and waitlist sign-up platform. Product features described on the Site represent planned functionality and are subject to change before release.

3. Waitlist & Communications

• By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive product updates, launch notifications, and occasional marketing communications from BladeMind.
• You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at hello@blademind.ai.
• We reserve the right to limit waitlist registrations and to approve or deny early access at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements — is the property of BladeMind or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
